Prawn Subs

Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons aioli 
2 drops Tabasco
2 teaspoons dill, chopped
1 lime, zest finely grated
250g cooked prawns, peeled
4 pane di casa rolls 
4 cos lettuce leaves 
1 lime, quartered

METHOD:

  1. Combine the aioli, Tabasco, dill and lime zest in a bowl and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well, then add the prawns and toss until they are well coated.

  2. Slice the rolls horizontally, being sure not to cut through the entire roll. Place a lettuce leaf on each roll followed by the prawn mixture. Serve with a wedge of lime.


These are going to make you look like a total pro with little time or fuss. They’re elegant and gourmet but can be whipped up in 10 minutes.
